We are a homegrown independent group of bars and restaurants in Hong Kong, established since 2008.

 

Tastings Wine Bar (2008-2016): It brought to Hong Kong a revolutionary ability to offer its selection of +160 wines, rotated regularly in Enomatic wine serving system to enhance your wine tasting experience.

 

Angel’s Share Whisky Bar & Restaurant (2010-2018): With +130 whiskies from around the world, it provides a comfortable lounge environment together with British-influenced food menu. Regular tastings and masterclasses available.

 

Quinary (2012): Our flagship cocktail bar of Multisensory Mixology, a World's 50 Best Bars (2013-2017) and Asia's 50 Best Bars (2016-2021) best known with its Earl Grey Caviar Martini and Monthly Special cocktails.

 

ORI-GIN (2013): Hong Kong’s first gin-focused bar, widely loved for its KGB (Kyoho Grape Bathtub) and house flavoured gins. It has recently closed its doors on Wyndham Street, taken everything online, continuing to serve its die-hard G&T connoisseurs and alike.

 

The Envoy (2014): A Colonial-inspired city retreat within The Pottinger Hong Kong that offers award-winning tea-inspired cocktails and British cuisine with a Colonial flair. An elegant indoor space and a breezy, cosy outdoor terrace available. Business Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Weekend Brunch and more on offer.

VEA Restaurant (2015): Our Michelin-starred establishment that overlooks the stunning skyline, featuring inventive Chinese x French fine dining by Chef Vicky Cheng.

ROOM 309 (2018): A not-so-carefully hidden hotel room within The Pottinger Hong Kong, it is a surreptitious and refined cocktail haven in disguise that plays with your senses with “Invisible Cocktails” and more.

Draft Land HK (2019): We simplify the bar-going experience down to the essentials, starting with "Draftenders" serving "Cocktails On Tap" with a focus on consistency, craftsmanship and quality. A joint venture imported from Taipei, by Antonio Lai x Angus Zou.

WING Restaurant (2021): A Fine Chinese fare by Chef Vicky Cheng (of VEA Restaurant), inspired by the intricacy of the auspicious ruyi knot that represents mastery of the essentials to create endless possibilities.
