- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- Top with soda
Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Lemon twist
Combine the first 3 ingredients and shake with ice, strain into a chilled Champagne flute, top with soda and garnish.

- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Honey
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Half a Passion fruit
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice until chilled, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
